Labels:text | screenshot | font OCR: Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Chicken Ingredients: Chicken meat 7 oz (diced), Salted fish, fried fillet 11/2 oz (diced), Egg 1, Chinese broccoli 2 tbsp (diced, blanched), Cooked rice 4 cups, Scallions 1 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce 2 tbsp, Salt 1/2 tsp. Procedure: 1. Season chicken meat with 1/8 tsp each of salt and sugar, 1/2 tsp corn starch for 1/2 hour. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, scramble egg until half- cooked. 3. Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok. Add Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce and salt, then add chicken, salted fish and rice, keep stirring. Then add Chinese broccoli, egg and scallions. Mix well and serve.
